The Product Impact Award recognises the positive effect a product has had on the lives of patients. This can include where a product ends up on the shelves of pharmacies, in healthcare facilities or is used to improve bio mechanical health of people. The winner of this award will need to demonstrate the overall objective of the product, its journey to market and the tangible impact to the lives of the patients who benefit from it.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Product Initiative: Describe the Product initiative or related activities that you are proposing for recognition because of its impact . What was the rationale and background behind the initiative? Explain what aspects are new, better, significantly improved to give rise to a substantial positive change.
  • Product features
  • Manufacturing/Innovation
  • Go to market strategy
  • The success of the product to market
  • Tangible impact to patients
  • Success stories / testimonials
